Terms of service and end-user license agreement

These terms govern your use of QboConnect, operated by ibeanz inc ("we," "us," or "our") at https://qboconnect.ibeanzinc.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
QboConnect connects participating business applications to an authorized QuickBooks Online company. The integration currently supports retrieving customer lists. Creating bills and invoices is not currently available. Features may change over time.
Permission to use QboConnect
Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to use QboConnect for your authorized business purposes. We retain ownership of the service and its software. You retain your rights in your business data and authorize us to process it as needed to provide the integration, as described in our privacy policy.
Your responsibilities
You must have authority to connect the selected QuickBooks company and permit the requested data access. You are responsible for protecting access to your business application and QuickBooks accounts, managing administrator permissions, and notifying us of suspected unauthorized use.
You must use the service lawfully and must not attempt to access another company's data, bypass access controls, misuse credentials, interfere with the service, or introduce malicious code. You are responsible for having any permissions and notices required for information you make available through the integration.
QuickBooks and other services
A valid QuickBooks Online account and an authorized participating business application are required. Their separate terms, subscriptions, and privacy policies apply. QboConnect is provided by ibeanz inc, not Intuit, and Intuit is not responsible for our service. QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc.
Data accuracy and availability
Data returned through QboConnect depends on QuickBooks, your connection, and the requesting application. You are responsible for reviewing information before relying on it for accounting or business decisions. QboConnect does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice.
We may maintain, update, or modify the service. Availability may be affected by maintenance, network failures, third-party services, or other events. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
Fees
Any fees for QboConnect are governed by a separate agreement with your business. Third-party subscriptions and charges remain your responsibility.
Disconnection and termination
You may stop using QboConnect and revoke its QuickBooks authorization at any time. See how to disconnect. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not automatically delete information already stored or returned to another application. Contact us about removal of stored connection information.
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security concerns, violations of these terms, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, QboConnect is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ibeanz inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data arising from use of or inability to use QboConnect. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and other agreements
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. We will provide additional notice when required by law. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and disconnect. If a separate written agreement with ibeanz inc specifically governs your use of QboConnect, that agreement controls to the extent of any conflict.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
