Connect your business application to QuickBooks Online

QboConnect is a shared integration service operated by ibeanz inc. It securely connects participating business applications to a company's QuickBooks Online account.

Get connected

1. Sign in to your participating business application.
2. Open its QuickBooks page as an authorized administrator and select Connect or Reconnect.
3. Sign in with Intuit, choose the appropriate QuickBooks company, and review the requested permissions.
4. After the connection is saved, return to your business application.

You do not need a separate QboConnect account. QuickBooks sign-in takes place with Intuit; QboConnect does not ask for your Intuit password.

What the integration does

Connected applications can currently retrieve QuickBooks customer lists for their authorized company. QboConnect maintains the connection so authorized requests can continue without signing in to Intuit each time. Creating bills and invoices is not currently available.
