Disconnect QuickBooks

An authorized QuickBooks administrator can revoke the integration's access directly in QuickBooks Online.

  1. Sign in to the connected QuickBooks Online company as an administrator.
  2. Open the area for connected apps, find this integration, and choose Disconnect. The app name is the name shown when you authorized the connection.
  3. Follow QuickBooks' prompts to confirm the disconnection.

Revoking authorization stops future authorized access to that company's QuickBooks data. QboConnect will require a new connection when it detects that authorization has been revoked.

Remove stored connection information

Disconnection does not automatically delete the stored connection record or information previously returned to your business application. To request removal of QboConnect's stored connection information, email ibeanz inc at victor@ibeanzinc.com. Identify your organization and the business application involved. Do not send passwords, tokens, or customer records. We may verify your authority before acting on the request.

For information already held by your business application, contact its administrator. Retention and deletion are described in our privacy policy.

Reconnect later

To authorize the integration again, start Connect or Reconnect from the QuickBooks page in your business application.
